Nicht nur in den Stadien können Rugbymatches künftig Dreidimensional bewundert werden - (c) Miriam May

Das bevorstehende Rugbymatch zwischen England und Wales wird in 3D aufgenommen und dann in Kinos überall im Königreich gezeigt. Dies wird dann die erste Live Sportübertragung in 3D in ganz Europa sein.

Wie der Teamsponsor [der englischen Mannschaft] mitteilte, wird das Match, das am 06. Februar in Twickenham stattfindet, in 40 Odeon und Cineworld Kinos gezeigt werden. Die Tickets werden ab dem 29. Januar zum Preis von 12,50 £ für Erwachsene verkauft.

Der Sprecher des Rugby Football Verbands teilte gegenüber Sky mit: “Dies zeigt, dass das englische Rugby eine prächtige Geschichte und eine noch prächtigere Zukunft mit hochinteressanten neuen Entwicklungen wie den 3D Filmvorführungen hat.“

“Ich hoffe, dass die Fans die Kinos im ganzen Land füllen werden, um das Team zu unterstützen und diesen Meilenstein auszuzeichnen.“

Falls Sie es zum Match am 06. Februar nicht schaffen: Englands nächstes Spiel gegen Irland am 27. Februar wird auch die 3D Behandlung bekommen.
